These Terms of Use govern your access to greenfrscrub.world and your purchase or attendance of healthy back in the office programs offered by Greenfrscrub. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Definitions

In these Terms, we, us, and our refer to Greenfrscrub. You and your refer to the individual or organisation using our website or services. Programs means Desk Posture Starter, Team Ergonomic Workshop, Executive Spine Care Package, and any related coaching or materials. Products means physical or digital resources supplied as part of a program.

2. Services Description

Greenfrscrub delivers educational workplace wellness coaching focused on posture, ergonomic setup, and desk-side movement habits. Our programs are not a substitute for individual professional advice where specific conditions require specialised care. Content is general in nature and adapted to typical office environments in New Zealand.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least eighteen years old or have organisational authority to book on behalf of your employer. You agree to provide accurate contact and billing information. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of any login credentials issued for resource portals.

4. Bookings and Payment

Program fees are listed in New Zealand dollars on office-spine-catalog.html unless otherwise quoted in writing. Payment is due as stated on your invoice or at booking confirmation. We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion. Prices may change for future bookings; confirmed bookings honour the price at time of confirmation.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation and refund rules are set out in our Return Policy. By booking, you acknowledge those terms. Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible to allow other clients access to session slots.

6. Participant Responsibilities

Participants agree to:

• Disclose relevant physical limitations or injuries before sessions so coaches can adapt guidance.
• Follow safety instructions and stop any movement that causes sharp pain or dizziness.
• Provide safe access to workplace premises for on-site visits and required equipment such as adjustable chairs where available.
• Treat coaches and other participants respectfully during group workshops.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on greenfrscrub.world, including text, graphics, logos, program materials, stretch guides, and videos, is owned by or licensed to Greenfrscrub. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use materials for internal workplace purposes within your organisation. Redistribution, resale, or public publication without written consent is prohibited.

8. Website Use

You may not use our website to transmit unlawful content, attempt unauthorised access to systems, scrape content at scale, or interfere with site operation. We may suspend access for conduct that violates these Terms or harms other users or our business.

9. Disclaimers

Our website and programs are provided on an as available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Outcomes from ergonomic coaching vary based on individual effort, workplace equipment, and adherence to recommended habits. We do not guarantee specific comfort scores or productivity improvements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greenfrscrub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or programs. Our total liability for any claim relating to a program booking is limited to the fees paid for that specific booking. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other mandatory New Zealand law.

11. Indemnity

Organisations booking team programs agree to indemnify Greenfrscrub against claims arising from participant misconduct, unsafe premises, or misuse of program materials beyond permitted scope, except where caused by our negligence.

12. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at privacy.html. By using our services, you acknowledge that policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand, with venue in Auckland where permitted.

14. Changes

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on greenfrscrub.ddd. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes to booked programs will be communicated directly to affected clients.
