This Return Policy applies to healthy back in the office programs and related products purchased from Greenfrscrub, including Desk Posture Starter, Team Ergonomic Workshop, and Executive Spine Care Package offerings listed on greenfrscrub.ddd.

1. Nature of Our Services

Our programs are delivered as scheduled coaching sessions, workshops, and digital or printed resource materials. Because sessions involve reserved coach time and preparation, cancellation terms differ from physical goods. This policy explains refunds, rescheduling, and returns of supplementary products.

2. Cooling-Off for Consumers

If you are a consumer under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and book online without face-to-face discussion, you may have a statutory right to cancel within a short cooling-off period where applicable. Contact us promptly at team@greenfrscrub.world if you believe this applies. Business-to-business bookings by organisations are generally excluded from consumer cooling-off rights.

3. Cancellation by You

Desk Posture Starter (NZD $189)

Cancel more than seventy-two hours before your scheduled session for a full refund minus any non-refundable payment processing fees charged by third-party processors. Cancel within seventy-two hours for a fifty percent credit toward a future session valid for six months. No-shows without notice are not refundable.

Team Ergonomic Workshop (NZD $890)

Cancel more than fourteen days before the workshop date for a full refund of fees paid. Cancel between seven and fourteen days before for a seventy-five percent refund or full credit toward rescheduling within ninety days. Cancel within seven days for a fifty percent credit only. Changes to participant count up to twenty percent may be made without penalty if notified five business days ahead.

Executive Spine Care Package (NZD $1,240)

Annual packages may be cancelled before the first scheduled session for a full refund. After the first session, unused sessions are refundable on a pro-rata basis minus a fifteen percent administrative fee. Sessions already delivered are non-refundable.

4. Rescheduling

You may reschedule once without fee if we receive at least forty-eight hours notice for individual sessions or seven days for team workshops, subject to coach availability. Additional reschedules may incur an administrative fee of NZD $35. We will work in good faith to accommodate Auckland public holidays and severe weather disruptions.

5. Cancellation by Us

If we cancel due to coach illness, venue unavailability, or other events beyond your control, you may choose a full refund or priority rescheduling at no extra cost. We are not liable for ancillary costs such as travel you have already incurred, except where required by law.

6. Physical Products

Printed stretch guides, posture cards, or ergonomic accessories shipped to you may be returned within fourteen days if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrectly supplied. Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed.

7. Consumer Guarantees

Our services must be provided with reasonable care and skill and match descriptions on greenfrscrub.ddd. If a program fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy under New Zealand law. Contact us to discuss resolution before initiating external dispute processes.

8. How to Request a Refund

Email team@greenfrscrub.world or call +64273631784 with your booking reference, program name, and reason for cancellation. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within ten business days. Credits are applied to your account and confirmed by email.

9. Disputes

We aim to resolve concerns fairly and promptly. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Disputes Tribunal or other applicable New Zealand resolution body for eligible claims.
